Tweak pause & filament runout

- Check for PausedByFilamentChange flag on pause and resume
- Move stop movements from StateHandler() to StopPrint()
- Retract 1mm on pause (2mm on runout) without feed on resume, preventing ooze
- Fix special menu margin on some buttons
