Flatcar Nomad Cluster Virtual Environment

A opinionated way to deploy a HashiCorp Nomad cluster on top of Flatcar Container Linux to Proxmox Virtual Environment using OpenTofu. As the primary deployment scenario is in a home lab environment, this deployment foregoes Consul and Vault in favor of Nomad native service discovery and variables.
